Gangan Kaladi

Gangan Kaladi diulah matan kaladi nang ditambahi kacang panjang, santan, batang kacang panjang wan batang kangkung. Bumbu-bumbunya pakai kaminting, bawang habang, laus, janar, acan, sarai wan asam kamal saparlunya.

Cara maulahnya kaladi dibarasihi, lalu dijarang wan banyu asam kamal. Banyunya jangan tapi banyak, kira-kira sampai kaladinya tinggalam. Lalu bumbu samunaan dipirik sampai halus. Amun kaladinya sudah masak, angkat lalu buang banyunya, ganti banyu lagi lalu masukakan bumbu, kangkung, kacang panjang wan santan. Imbah manggurak angkat ai, masak tu sudah.

Gangan kaladi ni nyaman dimakan wan iwak haruan atau iwak-iwak nang lain, mun bulan puasa nyaman banar gasan makan wayah buka puasa.

Gangan Keladi

Gangan Kaladi dibuat dari keladi yang ditambah kacang panjang, santan kelapa, batang kacang panjang dan batang kangkung. Bumbu-bumbunya memakai kaminting, bawang habang, laus, janar, acan, sarai dan asam kamal secukupnya.
